His other option, a much better option, as I stated previously, is to pick up the phone and CALL. It's not hard, it's effective, and it's private.
Mort never called. Did it occur to him that David might not be reading this newsgroup regularly? A public lambasting should absolutely be the last resort. People like David are providing a valuable service. Do you want them to continue to do so? A great way to push folks like him out of the business is to publicly humiliate them.
