The data sheet for that tube can be looked up online
to get the recommended voltage and current.

Generally, I use 170 to 175 volts DC at a current of
around 2 milliamperes.  As Don Lancaster states on page 92
of the TTL Cookbook about the 74141: "175 volts and 15K"
(Consult readout data sheet for more information)
