I have a copy of this book - I have looked (google) around to see if exists as a pdf but haven't found a copy. So I thought I would check here before I scan and pdf it.
I'd appreciate knowing if anyone has this book as a pdf or knowing where it is on the web before I scan the 259 pages in the volume...
