This does suck in a lot of ways. I like how they say it will be a lot harder to control not with things like wind and solar. I don't see why, I suspect most of these will end up going to or starting out as DC then being converted to 60HZ. If they could do this with massive turbines and physical generators, you would think they could easily do it electronically.
