Given that, I think I can help.  It so happens that I have many hundreds of 
9-pin tube stems:

These are the large Magnoval style bases, and would accomodate a nice-sized 
tube.  The remaining glassblowing isn't as hard, and the stems have decent 
length leads for bending and spot welding.
