Hi Konstantin, At the site of Jogi's Rohrenbude you can find a complete design of a stereo VU-meter with a Burrough's BG12201 bargraph display. [ http://www.jogis-roehrenbude.de/Leserbriefe/Glimmroehre-Stereo-Anzeige/Bargr aph.htm ] (in German) The BG12201 differs, as far as I know, from your BG12205 in so far that your displays have solderable leads and the BG 12201 has a slot between the two glass plates in what you can put a kind of connector.

Unlike MAX6921 or other lower voltage Supertex chips, HV7022C looks like works only in either Sink or Source mode. Do you think it is the only way to go or you can advise/suggest something else, please?
