Seems like there are collectors for these manuals (it lists valve characteristics/pin numbering (with some errors)) for use with an avo valve meter. On a site/forum I use I found mention of it. One person has 16+ different editions and interestingly is looking to buy a copy of the 4th ed and user name of Dekatron!
