Do you mean low noise on the mains side?  If so, you'd probably look for 
EN55022/EN55024 compliance and possibly EN61000 (Europe) and/or FCC Part 15 
(USA). All of these contain several subsections and classes addressing various 
types and amounts of noise.  There are also VCCI and CE noise specs.

Or do you mean low noise on the output (6V DC) side?  Then look for specs like 
max ripple and transient response.

I suspect you're looking for something like this:

Or if you don't want wall mounted, you want worldwide mains noise specs, and 
interchangeable cords for different styles of mains outlets, something like

These are all cheaper than the one you linked to (I'm not sure what a "first 
price product is"), but they don't have switchable output voltage (I don't know 
if this is important for your application).
