Ah! Lazarus Long (or RAH, depending). Very true. I'm in the UK. Regrettably, we are becoming more litigious even here. I come from an strongly academic legal family (constitutional & administrative), and have thus always avoided anything to do with the courts. However, at a certain time in life, litigation becomes one of the few remaining pleasures (Orson Welles).
