Ucc = Ukk = Voc = Uclamp = cold cathode voltage = off cathode voltage (kk =
kalte kathode (German)).
The voltage measured from GND to the switched off cathodes.
At dircet drive, the Ukk is equal to Ua (Ua = Va = Up = Vp = Anode voltage =
Supply voltage = Plate voltage)
