I also made one transaction with the seller, which went through.
I have a partner sitting in his town, and he told me some information
which nearly confirmed that they are real cheaters.
And I know that thes especially bought nixie tubes, for the first deals,
to sell and ship them to people, to generate confidence. and then they
offered larger quantities. To me it was a sum of about $8000.
I don't know why I didn't trust them, my head said: Be careful!
And I declined, and said I want only 10 IN-18 tubs first.
I paid, and never received them of course.
They always told me the shipping was delayed.
And so I forgot to start the Paypal claim withing the period.
So my pain is not so heavy.
