I once again find myself with a surplus of B-7971's, thanks to my local Craigslist.
I have a dozen, plan to keep a couple as spares, but the rest are up for sale or trade. All segments work, a couple tubes show some minor cathode poisoning on the underbar segment. Easily fixed. I'd consider trading some away for a clock kit, IN-18's, a pandicon, neon signs, cool old radios, catalin poker chips, mere paper dollars.... try me. The market value of these tubes seems to be somewhere near $125 / tube these days. I'm looking for trade value of around $100 / tube. I reserve the right to trade these to someone who has a use for them, rather than a tube hoarder or speculator, at my own discretion. Please email me off-list.
