This document is very interesting. Thanks. The design I saw on the internet 
(http://ad7zj.net/kd7lmo/hardware/nixie_page2.gif) is slightly different (he 
also use BSS138). I think this one is not bidirectional. 

Even if it is not necessary, I prefer to use your design.
