Thanx, for link, that's a pretty one, as counter units go.

I just helped Westdave get a 9 dekatron counter, up and running. Its 
actually three 3 tube counters, all in the same rack mount chassis. All it 
needed was a power supply, which is external to the unit, and not included, 
and a set of 9 12AX7s. Dave got the least expensive Chinese once, since 
we're not concerned about audio quality. Its odd that this one uses 12AX7s. 
Most of this type of device want the 12AT7, or 12AU7, but after "reverse 
engineering" it, I realized that 12AX7s would be better suited. The 
"reverse engineering" was really needed in order to build a proper supply 
for it.
