Hi all- Does anyone have experience with the IN-36 "nixie" tube that looks like two bar horizontal bar graphs? I was only able to find the Russian datasheet which I have been getting help translating from a friend. It's a bit challenging though since she doesn't have a scientific background. I was able to determine the basic dual anode, and multiple cathode pin outs, but it looks like there may be a third anode also.
I am trying to figure out how to actually drive these things, and how current/voltage translates into a certain height lit up on the graph. I was wondering if anyone has any experience with these things. I'd like to ultimately use it as a stereo level indicator for an MP3 player or something like that. I can provide a link to the original datasheet and my friend's first cut at a translation if anyone needs it. Thanks, Dylan -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "neonixie-l" group.
