Then if by some miracle you actually get it set up and working properly the 
Russians will undercut you forever with their vast stock of IN-18's as no 
one knows how many they have left and I bet its lots. New manufacture would 
only work with a tube that people would pay big money for, so a copy of 
something big and very rare or one bigger than any other ever made would be 
required.
