No worries....your tubes are 100% safe. Even though some materials used in a vacuum tube might be classified as semiconductors, they dont operate in that manner.
Tubes conduct electrons through a vacuum or gas; solid-state devices (aka semiconductors) conduct thru, guess what, solids.
