It'll be extremely difficult to find a disposable camera with a neon lamp instead of an LED these days, but if you search on eBay you can find a lot of small neon lamps (usually NOS). Here's what I was able to find after searching for "miniature neon bulb" <http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_trksid=p2054436.m570.l1313.TR0.TRC0.H0.Xminiature+neon+bulb&_nkw=miniature+neon+bulb&_sacat=0&_from=R40> .
