OMG another sick idea popped into my head....I should make an extra wristwatch PCB and attach it to my shirt rather than my wrist. Technically it's not a nixiewatch, but it is 7-segment neon so that's close-enough in my opinion.
Still in debug; the 3.7 to 150V DC-DC converter isn't lighting all 4 digits reliably yet and I havn't enabled the clock-chip.
