I have to report a new Ebay member from Australia as a potential cheater.

His trick:
He sells Nixie tubes at Ebay, offers air parcel post only.
After you have paid, you will note that the package does not arrive at the
date he tells you (for sea mail parcel).
Then he tells you a wrong tracking number for letter mail (not pacel post)
which does not work.
Then he tells you that you have choosen sea mail and it will take "3
months"(!) to receive tha package.
He also tells this lies at the Paypal claim.
You know: after 3 months you have no chance to start a Paypal claim and you
have lost your money.
We have had luck, we and Paypal checked the trick and they refunded our
money.
So take care.
Do not buy from him.
