Although tempting, you may want to rethink that. Especially in a pre-amp the 
switching noise may be a problem.

While your existing supplies are very handy, an all-in one would be a nice 
solution too.  How would it be terminated?  Bare wires?  TRS connector?
I'd be interested in buying a few.  You could maybe even offer a variant with 
6.3V for tube heaters and B+ as well.  Granted, the tube heater would probably 
eat most of your wattage, but for a headphone amp or phono preamp, it would be 
a nice fit.
