Bipco modules were basically convenient packages for driving top-view tubes, - I have several different types of these, some with 5991 nixies, some empty.
Threeneurons has all the data sheets & schematics you'll need at https://threeneurons.wordpress.com/links/data-sheets/ I'm not sure that they were ever for anything specific - just the opposite - they were general purpose modules thath made their way into lots of kit.
