I expect to offer it as a product soon. I still need to work out the
price. I may offer it as a partial kit with the SMT assembly done, or as
a finished product in a case. I do plan to publish the code and most of
the design files.

I got my scope clock to work, and put it in a clear acrylic case. The FLW is
not coded yet, and there's no GPS, but the DS1307 battery-backed RTC keeps time
well enough for now. I basically transliterated the 'HC908 code into Arduino C
and added RTC support.
