Are you a fallout fan? I also wonder what they mean with "nixie tube lightning" Had an Idea when i first saw the power-armor and the gauss rifle, but i never finished it. I wanted to make a small 3-tube circuit that could be used for a "cosplay gauss rifle" or something.
