It is the Leningrad plant, which has 4 RBMK-1000 reactors (same basic design as Chernobyl). They are supposed to be serially decommissioned between now and 2025 and replaced with VVER-1200 reactors. It is unusual for a reactor to come on-line on schedule, so those dates are subject to slippage.
