Thanks for all the comments - the tubes now have a new home. Someone asked who was the manufacturer - the answer is ITT., date code 7310.

A member of this group made a motorcycle speedo using Nixies a few years ago - I think it lasted one journey! The vibrations caused cathodes to short together if I remember correctly.

Now those are awesome looking. I wish I had a use for them. I have seen some Nixie tubes used in cars, usually as a speedometer reading. The one I recall seeing used IN-12 tubes. I guess those would be better, only since they would be easy to replace if they were set in the original sockets. Thanks so much for offering these up to the group. Like I said, I wish I could foresee a use for them. Semper Fi.

A lot of talk of unusual Nixie's recently. A few years ago I
acquired a small collection of used Nixie's. Amongst them was a
set that presumably was from weighing scales of some sort. 4 GN-35
AH "upside down" numeric tubes, plus one GF-37 A which displays
    fractions - 1/8.1/4, 3/8, 1/2,5/8, 3/4 & 7/8. If any collector is
interested, I would be happy to give them away (if you pay
carriage), as I realistically don't think would use them. Let me
    know, David.
