As far as I know, it's all there. However, it's such a complicated and comprehensive device that I've obviously not tested everything.
TI are generally very good at this sort of thing - the MSPware library specifically supports this chip and all the registers etc. should be there. Remember that TI use RedHat for their compilers as that this is not some amateur thing; it's a full-blown professional development environment.
