I'm sure most on the list are probably already aware of PV electronics, but I just wanted to praise the quality of the IN-8 kit. I just finished building one for a friend of mine who really wanted a nixie clock, and he was very excited when he unpacked it. His co-workers all wanted to know what it was, and how he got it.
I went with the full case and GPS attachment, and blue LEDs. Building it also made me remember that I actually like IN-8s. I think they look great for a smaller, relatively inexpensive tube.
