Those look like old Burroughs tubes, because of the domed face and the ridge around the base. The National tubes in the previous auction have flatter faces, and the base is narrower than the envelope.

Also, the boxes are newly made, and there is no date code visible on the tubes, which is surprising.

Hard to say what's going on here. No metal deposits inside the tubes, so probably not used much.
