I dismantled the prototype Tesla Meets Edison as it had served its purpose as a test for the final clock and while removing the tubes I noticed that they all had penciled numbers written on the rear of the cathode casing.
Any clues as to why a mass produced item would have hand annotation on it? The tubes in question are ITT GNP-7AH. <https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-Q00KN4waRW8/WW46nGCAYII/AAAAAAAABOk/DjQhuL70O_A8hJAID17AVwLdcLVJTKrHQCLcBGAs/s1600/GNP%2BMarkings.jpg> -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "neonixie-l" group.
