These are used but I have purchased these tubes from this dealer (reputable) and the envelopes were very clear and all worked nicely. The leads varied from full to half of original length. You may want to reconsider the used vs NOS criteria as these tubes were last made 45-50 years ago. While you may find some NOS, you may also be out of luck and not be able to get these later. The fine grid is rather nice looking!
