Just saw this - any ideas what the chip could be - looks like a Mostek 
ceramic package, but could be anyone. Not an MK 5314 but package looks like 
that used on some Mostek memory chips, e.g. the MK 2927.(see attached). 
Perhaps a bespoke chip? Russian?
