As some of you already know some of the old Soviet-era Nixies have symbols that 
are unfamiliar to those who use the Latin alphabet. For example, the IN-5B has 
the capital letter "che":

Does anyone know what this symbol stands for? How it was used? I Googled it but 
couldn't find a technical or scientific application.


I can't remember if this list allows emails to be in rich text format. I'll
