Since seeing some fine clocks made some years back, I couldn't resist sharing this Numitron clock I made in the 80s. I used a MM5314 clock chip. For those in the know, you'll see "6" and "9" do not have the tail. This was also known as Military digits made to view from afar without confusion. I even used ceramic sockets!
