I hate to be redundant, but in sourcing any screw that may be niche or otherwise difficult to source, have you tried looking at https://www.mcmaster.com/ Their search is pretty incredible - try this: https://www.mcmaster.com/machine-screws They also carry a ton of stock in various styles, alloys and configs.
