I had one like that. Bought by Radio Shake /Tandy in Netherlands ens sixties.
It is a red LED that has a pin-point glowing dot. Fairchild indeed.

Onderwerp: [neonixie-l] Help identifying dead transistor in Nixie driver.

Hi,

I have a Nixie driver. Made by TEC-LITE a long time ago with one dead
transistor, white ceramic with black top TO-106 (?) it says CDC-TEC-303 on the
white ceramic, Googling and searching some transistor data-sites haven't come
up with anything.

Does anyone here know where I can find a datasheet for this transistor?

I've included some photos of the transistor as well as an old ad.

/Martin
