Hi, I have a Nixie driver. Made by TEC-LITE a long time ago with one dead transistor, white ceramic with black top TO-106 (?) it says CDC-TEC-303 on the white ceramic, Googling and searching some transistor data-sites haven't come up with anything. Does anyone here know where I can find a datasheet for this transistor? I've included some photos of the transistor as well as an old ad. /Martin -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "neonixie-l" group.
