I was actually referring to my PIR mod of the Dalibor clock. And this one 
it does shut down the Taylor supply. I interrupt the HV enable line to the 
Taylor supply. Pretty basic. I also added a switch to bypass the PIR 
functionality so the clock can operate without it.
