Hi
When you click on the link it will open the file and download page at a
time without saving it locally. Likely to be a slow process. You should
get a pulldown or button to "download" the file and then windows should
offer to save the file as a PDF. I am using windows 10 and have the
dropbox application so I may be seeing things different to you. If
others could chime in with their success or failure than I can look
again at how to offer these PDF files.
