All good points. On average it takes about 2 years for a solar panel to ‘pay back’ its energy cost for production....but the remaining 23 years (assuming a 25 year life span which is standard) is ‘gravy’. I don’t mean to sound like an old curmudgeon (I’m still in my 40’s!!), but as they say, no single rain drop blames itself for the flood.....
