Budget about 4 watts per tube (b7971); 160 volts at 25mA is slightly above the max recommended current per the datasheet. Also be aware that you will need to deal with the generated heat from these tubes, if they are in a fully-enclosed case. Vent holes on the top and bottom should suffice; convection will handle it from there.
