I love it.

I have done that to some flame flicker bulbs. Same formula.

Takes a long time to dry, but nice finish.

Robert, I posted on this a while back. I used Pebeo Vitrail Glass paint (not
the water based stuff)...diluted 4:1 with Mineral Spirits. Here's a B7971. The
finish is factory good.

I had been wondering if water based Tamiya X-27 might be usable. I really like
the brightness of the ZM1022's with the clear glass (ZM1020's have red coating)
and was debating trying to color a few to see what they would look like. The
nice thing is any mistakes or changes of mind can be removed.

Hi folks,

A bit of an old topic, but I'm trying to find a US source of French Enamel
Varnish (FEV) - Fire Red... Found multiple sources in the UK, but FEV is
restricted for shipping to the US.

Yes, there are multiple posts on the group discussing FEV and alternatives used
with varying degrees of success. If possible, I'd like to use FEV rather than
an alternative, but just not finding a source in the US.

Anyone know of a US based supplier with a web presence?

Many thanks!

Bob
