Hi! Only thing known is that it is the same as Hewlett-Packard's 1970-0046. Ther is no other 100% substitude since the comma shaped right hand dot. It is a longlife type - rated life: 200k hrs. Ic is 2.3 mA nominal. (2-3.5 mA). Best matching datasheet is Burroughs_Bulletin_1104D.pdf (youll find at my page) See B-5441A there. Only difference is the shape of the RH DP. Best regards Dieter
