Just use Google and look for NL5441A and check the photos, you'll see that
the seller is offering the same tubes or at least the same photos are used
for some (of his?) auctions on many sales sites all over the world, and a
few of them in China.

I just think that he wants to make some money, as most of us are. But
offering them in some places for these prices will not sell them to any of
us price conscious persons as we know we can buy them at lower prices and
possibly also in better condition, but he might get lucky and people from
his region might also see them if he exposes them to several auction sites.

I also know that some people like to show off what they have and therefore
set unreasonable prices for the items listed, seems to be a more common
practice in China though and is usually followed by some comment that thaey
are not for sale, if you try to buy them the seller just refuses to sell
and then promptly lists them again. I know because I've tried to haggle and
negotiate with some sellers after I found out about this behaviour but one
seller told me it was only for flaunting what rare items he got, but he was
willing to sell some other things so it ended up a good deal for me anyway
and I learned something about this behaviour.
