So jealous. Places like that once flourished in Japan, and even University salvage dumps here were fabulous hunting grounds! In the day, I found an entire original PDP-11, a working Apple II with Japanese ROMs, many many oscilloscopes, and numerous odd Nixie devices out in the rain and awaiting immediate rescue. I was only too happy to oblige!
But time, auction sites, and policies have all taken their toll on junk shops and junk yards alike.
