I ordered a bunch of IV21 tubes on March 9 and they arrived on Thursday (16th). (Over 2 months).
I’m having the same issue with China as well. – I even paid extra for expedited and it doesn’t matter if via standard post. Last order from Ukraine was from July 2nd. Shipped on the 3rd. (Tracking Tracking numberCP062286590UA<javascript:;>) So, nearly a month and hasn’t even hit customs yet. I figure I have another month to wait.
