You can usually find a good selection of tube amplifier transformers in 
this voltage range, 150-180 VAC plus usually one or more 5-6.3-12.6 VAC 
windings which can be used for the logic portion,  and possibly a bias 
winding too ,  on eBay or for instance at Ask Jan First.
