Yes, I had the LP-4, LP-5 and LP-6 up and running a few years ago, however
I never had the correct magnets nor the correct sockets (if there are any)
for the LP-4 & LP-5. They are all similar to the original designs made by
the inventor Hannes Alfvén and the group of people around him at the
Swedish Royal Institute of Technology (KTH in Swedish). If you haven't
downloaded the papers written by hannes Alfvén and his colleagues I can
recommend you to do so, they can be found here:
https://groups.google.com/forum/#!msg/neonixie-l/QyGXStAkPW0/aG30K9EWBgAJ.
LM ericsson bought the right to the Trochotrons invented by Hannes Alfvén
and SER (Svenska ElekronRörsfabriken) produced the RYG10 (the development
samples were named AD-3 & AD-4 that eventuelly resulted in the RYG10)

I used some AlNiCo magnets I got from speakers and also from other dead
Trochotrons to get them to run, one mounted below and one on top to get a
uniform magnetic field, when it comes to components I experimented with the
values used for the LM Ericsson/SER RYG10 and got them to run after some
tweaking but I never came across any original drawings or photos where they
were shown in use.
