I can still copy them.

You have to wait until eBay has loaded all photos so that the splash screen 
"Mouse over to zoom - Click to enlarge" shows, then when you move the mouse 
onto the picture and click to enlarge you can save them by right clicking 
and selecting "Save picture as". You can't save them from the main auction 
page though, there it shows as HTML.
