I haven't sold on eBay in ages but I bought some items from time-to-time that are often "Out of Stock" but still have their history going back a year or more. Didn't realize it was possible to keep the entry live while the item was unavailable. Crazy thing is an eBay search does not show them in the out-of-stock state and if not for having them on my watchlist, I would not be able to find them.
