You probably know this already, but you can also buy Z568 tubes. The red coating is easily removed (hot soapy water, or isopropyl alcohol). You could also consider buying a complete set of R|Z568M from Dalibor Farny, though I’m not sure how they would look in the clock or whether they would fit through the holes in the case.
